- family-centered
- continuous
- comprehensive
- coordinated
- compassionate
- culturally competent
CRISS believes that all children with special health care needs should have a medical home. To that end, we have developed materials for our member counties to assist CCS programs, families, and pediatric providers in ensuring that children in the CCS program have a medical home.
